HelpDesk - IT Case & Issue Management Solution
Our programme of internal projects includes the development of a help-desk and issue management system, built on the FloSuite platform, to support the management of client issues and enhancement requests across all product streams.
This solution also integrates with Microsoft's Team Foundation Server, used for Software Application Lifecycle Management, enabling us to greatly improve the speed and efficiency with which issues are logged, tracked and resolved.
Employee Self-service - Workflow & Case Management Solution
We have also deployed our own Web-based Employee Self-service solution to internal staff, enabling them to interact with, and amend and update, their own personal information.
TeamWatch/FireWatch - Integrated Human Resource and Asset Management Solution
Self-service integrates with our TeamWatch/FireWatch solution, which we also use internally to manage our HR department and processes.
