
FloSuite Ltd., the developer of FloSuite Business Process Management and Case Management solutions to providers of professional services, today announced Norfolk, Lincolnshire and Avon Fire & Rescue Service as new clients.
Fire & Rescue Services across the UK are currently seeking solutions in order to achieve efficiency savings, reduce process risk and integrate systems and working practices.
FloSuite has been selected by these new clients as it offers an easy-to-use graphical configuration environment rather than a reliance on extensive C# development. Other key factors: FloSuite is suitable as both a data ‘middleware’ solution as well as for supporting the management and automation of a range of people-driven business processes.
Norfolk, Lincolnshire and Avon Fire & Rescue are also current users of FireWatch, an integrated management solution for the Fire & Rescue Service, from Infographics. FireWatch also integrates with the FloSuite product. Further new FloSuite clients within the public sector and legal sector are expected to be announced shortly.
