West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service deploys FireWatch

West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service has selected FireWatch, a competency-based human resource management application from Infographics, to support the brigade’s personnel and competency management processes.

The deal, with an initial order value of £100,000, marks the continued success of the FireWatch solution with brigades North and South of the Border. Customers include Leicestershire, Royal Berkshire, Norfolk, Dumfries & Galloway, Highlands & Islands and Central Scotland.

This latest deployment will see FireWatch supporting a range of personnel and competency processes at West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service, including continuous workplace performance assessment, automated role map definition/management, training centre management, NVQs, rota-based resource management, recruitment, and general personnel and post management.
