We place great importance on our internal policies and processes, which are managed using ISO procedures rolled out across the organisation.

ISO accreditation and quality management framework

Infographics operates a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. The scope of this Quality Management System includes, but is not limited to, the design, development, maintenance and support of software products, including related customer training and consultancy activities.

The management team at Infographics, and all employees, are committed to the quality of our products, services and stated quality objectives. We constantly strive to achieve and maintain an industry-leading position in terms of the quality of our products and services.

We also adhere to extremely high standards of process and quality management within our own back-office internal operations, which helps us better serve our clients.

ISO manager

On a day-to-day basis, quality management is driven by our ISO Manager, who is responsible for continually monitoring and evolving our systems and procedures. We are independently assessed against stringent criteria on an annual basis by Facilitators Quality Management to retain our ISO accreditation.

Scrum development methodology

All our technical teams adhere to Scrum agile development methodology, which aligns neatly with our focus on process management and quality. Our Scrum Master is responsible for the implementation and day-to-day management of our Scrum processes and procedures, collaborating closely with our ISO Manager to meet overall business objectives.
