Infographics offers a full range of deployment and support services, delivered by our highly-trained in-house teams, and led by specialists aligned with our main product streams.

We offer a variety of implementation and consultancy/project support options, and training programmes and materials, for FireWatch®, TeamWatch®, FloSuite® and FloSuite-developed specialist solutions.

On-premise solutions and Microsoft Azure cloud managed services

Our core applications can be deployed as traditional 'on-premise' solutions, or as a fully-managed service via Microsoft Azure, the popular 'pay-as-you-go' global cloud platform for building, deploying and managing services and applications.

Clients can run Infographics’ mission-critical solutions for Enterprise Resource Management and Business Process/Case Management on the Azure platform. Azure services will support cloud deployment of FireWatch, TeamWatch, FloSuite and other niche applications, such as Prevent + Protect, Hydrants Management, Self-service, HelpDesk, etc.

We have a Web-based customer issue logging and enhancement request system, integrated with a sophisticated Microsoft-based test/support environment, to ensure careful tracking and management of customer requirements.
