FireWatch Human Resource and Asset Management Software

FireWatch has been developed to support and streamline the management of the Fire and Rescue Service across key operational and 'back office' functions. It provides a fully integrated set of departmentally-focused modules that manage and automate tasks - increasing collaboration across the organisation, reducing risk, boosting efficiency and improving service delvery.

FireWatch supports the integrated management of Fire and Rescue Service staffing levels, recruitment, training, development, payments, health & safety/occupational health, and assets such as PPE, fleet and buildings. It also supports CLG reporting and (through FloSuite) can enable rapid integration with external Web Services such as the Regional Control Centre Interfaces.
