Asset Management Module - Key Functionality

Asset Management Module:

Asset Management includes support for Fleet Management, Fleet Planning, Fleet Equipment, Tanks, Personal Assets and Buildings.

  • Fleet Management – facilities to record vehicles and their allocations, service records, equipment, fuelling records, correspondence and documents
  • Fleet Planner – provides a minute-to-minute graphical representation of vehicle availability for any time block/period within a chosen date range
  • Fleet Equipment – registers equipment to a vehicle or call sign, maintains equipment service records, defects, correspondence and documents
  • Tanks – provides facilities to maintain tank fuelling, service records, defects, correspondence and documents
  • Site & Buildings Management – records Sites and Buildings, including their attributes and structure. Also manages maintenance and associated assets, and utility readings
  • Personal Assets – registers equipment to an employee, maintains equipment service records, defects, correspondence and documents
