FireWatch Personnel Module:
The Personnel Module is designed to hold all key organisation,
personal and employment data, and to integrate with other specialist
FireWatch modules. It holds the following individual employee data:
- Employee details, contracts history, Fire Service travel
records, salary/grade structure and retained pay calculations,
establishment/post definition, holiday and absence records, training
and qualifications records, disciplinary history
Personnel also includes information and resources designed to
support management functions:
- Organisation structure information – record and manage details of
districts, stations, watches and posts
- Time recording – facility to record all work patterns for
operational and support staff and enable compliance with European
Working Time Regulations. Supports flexi-time and integration with
swipe-card time-entry systems
- Rota planning – enables planning, management and reporting on
rotas, and support for station roll-out. Provides crewing level
monitoring for stations, watches or user-defined views
- Duty planning – supports integrated control and management of
personnel availability on an hourly basis including view of staff
qualifications and roles
- Recruitment – automatic transfer of successful applicant
information to personnel records, automatic assignment of competency
profiles and training needs according to vacant post and current
competencies, re-usable workflow-driven recruitment campaign
templates
