IPDS & Training Centre Management Module:

The IPDS & Training Centre Management Modules supports the Fire Service in meeting IPDS guidelines and links into National Occupational Standards and NVQs.

  • Personnel Development Records – keeps full record of training and qualifications, in line with PDR guidelines
  • National Occupation Standards – utilises role maps for competency/role-based training
  • Assessment & Appraisal – supports recording of employee appraisals, performance reviews and training assessments, including full documentation
  • Workplace Training and NVQs – records and monitors employee training received through workplace activities and tracks progress of NVQs
  • Training Centre Management – supports effective resource allocation, and enables assessment and recording of performance
