This Sprint’s key achievements have seen some exciting new features introduced across the FireWatch, Prevent + Protect and FloSuite products.
It’s been a busy period for the team working on our FireWatch Mobile app, including extensions to the asset management capabilities with standardised asset testing, auditing and defecting – including camera integration for asset scanning – plus the enhancement of firefighter self-service and automated roaming availability.
Key new Prevent + Protect areas for fire and rescue prevention and protection teams include: enhanced premises dashboards, new CRM functionality for search and creation of water mains contacts, tracking of job due dates via SLA info, and additional user reporting covering incidents, hydrants and operational risk.
And on the FloSuite side, the IG team has also started working on an exciting new project to integrate FloSuite with Microsoft Teams – to help clients further boost efficiency and collaboration. By connecting our FloSuite apps – including Proforma Billing – with Teams, we hope to open up greater opportunities for legal professionals to streamline business processes and communication.
