We’ve made further extensions to our new FloSuite Microsoft Teams integration, work is starting on our new FS flexible end-user questionnaire builder and we’re integrating enhanced reporting within the FS FloClient Web front-end. On the FireWatch front, our initial FW Teams Bot development is complete, enabling Fire and Rescue Service users to book on/off directly from Microsoft Teams. We’re also extending the FW Web Client to include a new organisation-level area, with actionable KPI dashboards and easy navigation to the Availability Map.
