We’ve launched our new Microsoft Teams and Office 365 integrations for the FloSuite legal case management and workflow suite, FireWatch fire service management software and the Prevent + Protect specialist workflow solution. Secure and seamless user identity management via Azure Active Directory (AAD) integration is also now available with these solutions.
This is an exciting moment for us, as the launch enables tasks and workflows to be executed directly from within Office 365 or the Microsoft Teams app, including desktop and mobile access, or the native product Web clients.
We are providing a flexible, modern User Experience that can embed and integrate seamlessly within the latest wave of collaboration and productivity solutions from Microsoft. This includes Teams, conversational AI, Cloud technologies and Mobile Apps.
With these new solutions in place, we are well-placed to assist the need for companies to modernise case management and workflow applications in line with what – we believe – will be the future market direction and user expectations that come alongside greater levels of hybrid working!
