Our new FireWatch Connect app is now searchable and available within the Apps area of Microsoft Teams. Our new FireWatch Connect app is now searchable and available within the Apps area of Microsoft Teams. It enables FireWatch-licensed organisations to integrate the FireWatch application with Microsoft Teams.
It currently provides support and assistance via a Teams Chat Bot to book on and off duty, generate/approve leave requests and receive vehicle availability notifications from within the Teams user environment.
Future releases will include tabs-based functionality and further chat bot capabilities…coming soon!
