Dev team round-up…we’ve been busy enhancing our HelpDesk app to allow direct allocation of tickets from KPI charts – soon to be viewable as full-screen/re-sizable. Our new client intake app is being enhanced in conjunction with leading law firms, and our fire and rescue clients can look forward to our FireWatch e-learning integration with Learning Pool plus the forthcoming Prevent + Protect app, including downloadable jobs and questionnaires.
