Calling all FRS training and development teams! FireWatch now offers a standard e-learning integration, enabling successful assessments undertaken in the Learning Pool application to automatically update modules and skills in FireWatch. This removes any need for dual entry, increases efficiency and improves data quality. Plus, when you create a new employee in FireWatch, a new user account can automatically be generated in Learning Pool. Great work from the FireWatch dev team! This will be really beneficial to our FRS clients.
