We are seeking enthusiastic trainee Developers, DevOps and QA Test Engineers to join our Graduate Programme in Summer 2021 – start date negotiable. Early applications from current final year undergraduate computing science students welcome!

You’ll initially spend time gaining knowledge across the technical areas of the business, including support, testing, quality and development – so you build a complete understanding of the software development lifecycle and our applications, and discover where your key strengths lie within the tech team.
As you gain practical experience, you’ll work towards Microsoft professional qualifications, study e-learning programmes, take part in ‘brown bag lunch’ presentations, and be mentored by some of the best tech brains in the business. When you’re ready to move on, you’ll join a team based on your personal goals, skills and aptitudes.

All our teams work within Agile/Scrum and collaborate closely across departments.
Our infrastructure engineers work with Azure IaaS/PaaS, Windows Server/Desktop, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint/Office 365, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Hyper-V, SQL Server, and Load Balancing/Clustering.
You should already have achieved or be on course to achieve an honours degree in computing science, software development or systems & networking (or similar) from a leading university to a minimum of 2:1. You should have 5 strong ‘Highers’ or 3 ‘A Levels’ (or equivalent) gained in a single sitting, ideally at A/B grades, and excellent written and spoken English.
Relevant industry internship/placement experience, other commercial experience or volunteering roles, relevant Masters Degree.
