We’re seeking enthusiastic, future Programmers and DevOps stars able to complete a 12 month full-time internship during your third year of study, starting Summer 2021.
We are a leading software manufacturing company creating specialist business solutions built on the Microsoft technology stack. We work with emergency services and some of the largest law firms in the world. As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, we are at the top of our game, with access to the latest technologies.
You’ll spend the third year of your university degree on a full-time, paid placement with us, gaining knowledge across technical areas of the business, including support, testing, quality and development – so you build a complete understanding of the software development lifecycle, and our applications.
As you gain practical experience, you’ll work towards Microsoft professional qualifications, study e-learning programmes, take part in ‘brown bag lunch’ presentations, and be mentored by some of the best tech brains in the business.

All our teams work within Agile/Scrum and collaborate closely across departments.
Development teams use Visual Studio, .NET, C#, SQL Server, Azure, ASP.Net, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, Microservices architecture, Xamarin, .NET Core and Docker.
Our infrastructure engineers work with Azure IaaS/PaaS, Windows Server/Desktop, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint/Office 365, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Hyper-V, SQL Server, and Load Balancing/Clustering.

Working towards an honours degree in computing science, software development or systems & networking (or similar) and on target for a 2:1 at minimum. You must be looking to spend your third year on industrial placement. You should have strong ‘Highers’ or ‘A Levels’ (or equivalent) gained in a single sitting, ideally at A/B grades, and excellent written and spoken English.
Relevant industry internship/placement experience, commercial experience or volunteering roles.
